Friends, it’s been almost 2 years now, I have been thinking to step into PMP preparation and clearing the PMP examination. I have got the project management reference books with me lying on my bookshelf, ebooks in my kindle. When I first thought of attempting in 2019, I got enrolled in Edureka, collected all book references, and then stalled my preparation. Again I thought to restart my preparation in 2020, where I was having ample time for preparation due to the Covid-19 pandemic lockdown but still didn’t get it started seriously
I have restarted watching the recordings of Edureka classes but still didn’t get the dare to apply for the exam. Now we are in 2021, the Corona pandemic is getting reduced and I am thinking to take a bigger leap this year towards my goal of getting PMP certified. I thought of going one step at a time.
Step 1 of the whole journey is to fill up the application and get it approved by PMI. First thought to fill the application form. Watched a couple of videos on YouTube which have given a fair input on how the application to be and how the project description to be written while applying. We must know that filling up the application is the most critical point as PMI may approve it as is it or it may ask for a review. Hence don’t take this stage lightly. But by following some interesting tips while writing the project description, we can get our application approved without any issues.
Before that, let me quickly give you the minimum eligibility requirements for applying for the PMP examination
I have followed the below video while filling the application are below, ofcourse you have to use your own wisdom while filling your project description.
I am happy to share that my application for approved just few days ago and now I am set for scheduling my exam. I will share my experience while I scheduling my exam
Thanks and keep tuned to my updates
If want to purchase the required study material, you can buy the books which I am using for my preparation
