From Range Anxiety → to Charge Anxiety - Indian EV industry is witnessing a major consumer mindset shift

Earlier, people asked: "Will I reach?"
Now they ask: "How fast can I charge?"
That shift alone shows how fast EV adoption is evolving.
Yesterday, during the German Indian Mobility Summit 2026, Arun Vinayak of Exponent Energy, also confirmed this.
He says,
"Range anxiety is not changing to Charge anxiety"
And honestly, I agree with him and
Also can already see this happening.
Public chargers are appearing everywhere now:
Fuel stations.
Shopping malls.
Hotels and resorts.
Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities.
When charging infrastructure becomes visible, customer confidence changes automatically.
In the future, charging speed and convenience may matter more than pure range numbers.
