I didn't leave corporate life

expecting an easy journey.

My first month as a founder

made me question....

Is India startup-ready yet?

As a first-generation entrepreneur,

I am seeing both sides.

As a corporate employee,

The ecosystem looked exciting.

As I began my startup journey, at

The experience felt different.

Investors say they support early-stage startups.

Many founders hear, "You are too early."

In my perspective,

India's next startup wave may not

Come only from software or AI.

It may come from motors, batteries,

semiconductors, robotics, aerospace,

and advanced manufacturing.

These businesses need patient capital,

longer timelines, and a different

Investment mindset.

Incubators promise startup support.

But sometimes, they focus more on

occupancy than nurturing innovation.

Many founders do not need

Immediate funding.

They need access to labs,

Testing facilities, mentors,

Customers and industry networks.

Banks offer startup-friendly accounts.

Processes still favor established businesses.

This is not a complaint.

It is my observation.

During my first month of

My entrepreneurial journey.

Capital must move faster.

Incubators must mentor effective

And help startups to be as frugal as possible.

Banks must simplify access.

And a founder's perspective.

I remain very optimistic.

My focus remains simple.

Build the right product.

Solve a real problem.

Create genuine value.

The ecosystem will improve.

Builders cannot wait for perfection.

We must build anyway.

India has talent.

India has ambition.

India has opportunities.

The next step is ecosystem maturity.

India has created startups at scale.

Now we must create success at scale.

What is the one change that

would make India significantly more

founder-friendly for first-generation entrepreneurs?
