I enjoy talking to inventors behind new technologies.Asia EV Corp team shared an interesting drivetrain concept. It challenged my thinking on EV drivetrains.
My discussion with Unnikrishnan T Menon Gave a fresh perspective on EV drivetrains. They are developing IVRD (Intelligent Variable Ratio Drive) A dual-motor drivetrain for three-wheelers. Both motors are mounted at the rear. With intelligent power delivery. This is exactly why I said in my earlier post That systems engineering is one of the most Critical aspects of product development. Why use two traction motors? One motor delivers 5 kW. Another motor delivers 1.5 kW. What

India doesn't need more EV startups. It needs 500 more component suppliers.
Components include motors, Controllers, batteries, and BMS. Also chargers, ECUs, and Supporting accessories. Skills development matters as much. In my previous post, I shared my Experience working there for 5 years. China didn't build an EV industry. It built an EV ecosystem. Including Skilled people. India needs the same approach. Strong supply chains build strong industries. Suppliers create speed, quality, and resilience. A strong ecosystem needs both people and products.

This Infographic made me pause ⏸️
The smoke didn't disappear. It simply moved. Some will say, "EVs are not clean." Others will disagree. I think both sides Miss the bigger picture. An EV is only as clean As the electricity charging it. The real mission is Not just better vehicles. It is cleaner energy. We need both. Instead of arguing, we should focus on accelerating Renewable energy, improving battery Technology, and building a smarter grid.. What's your take? 🔔 Follow me for insights on EV technol

Why Lamborghini stepped back from its EV plans?
0–100 in 2 seconds… And still no heartbeat? This is why Lamborghini stepped back from its EV plans. Let's dig in further! I came across Lamborghini’s decision— and it changed how I see EVs. “Lamborghini planned its electric supercar”… And then paused. Not because EVs don’t work— but because their customers want something else. This case taught me something important About customer psychology In supercars, specs sell headlines— But emotion sells decisions Supercar buyers

Exciting video to watch where Tesla self driving car avoided an accident.
One moment. One decision. A life saved. Even in smoke, the system saw clearly. This is why autonomous tech matters. This video is exciting to watch. Despite smoky conditions, Tesla self driving car avoided an accident. Video source: Reddit. It reacted in seconds. A life saved. Elon Musk says it saves lives. Not perfect, but clearly improving. Even small failures get blamed. I agree with this. Safety still needs to be improved My view: Safety must reach above six sigma.
